Double Data For Mac

Double Data version 1.2 for Mac supports OS 10.7, OS 10.8 and OS 10.9. Unfortunately 10.6 and earlier is not supported.

Due to an issue with Apple's implementation of their installer, those who are on OS 10.7 will need to use a special binary instead of using the installer. Please contact us if you are still on OS 10.7 for instructions.

Copy Features

Identifies specific footage on a drive.
Copies footage to up to 4 destinations
Auto-start copies when camera media is attached to your system
Will not overwrite footage unless explicitly told to do so
Copy log files from camera media
Ability to just re-copy media that failed verification

Data Security

Verifies copy is exact duplicate of original
Verifies each destination independently
Stores checksum alongside footage with each destination
Allows ability to re-check footage, even after source is overwritten
Uses industry-standard methods to produce checksums
Can report errors on media files only, warns on other files

Reporting Features

Visually indicates a positive/negative result for each source
Visually indicates a positive/negative result for each destination per source
Result details can be displayed with results for all processes on all files
Will email results automatically to re-set email address
Will send out notification via SMS of copy results
Can use Growl to notify user
