Im missing my registration code!

You can get your registration code from our website.

Ive upgraded my software and now its asking for a new key.

Every major version requires a new key. You can obtain your key here.

The registration key is not working.

Please make sure you are entering the name and email exactly as shown, including capitalization, in english characters. Also please make sure you are entering the code for the correct version, each major version requires a different key.

Does your software work with footage from other cameras?

We currently support the Red One®, Red Epic®, Red Scarlet® and Arri Alexa® cameras. More cameras will come shortly.

Ive ordered the software, where is the key and download link?

If you paid for your order with a major credit card driectly on our site, then your order is processed immediately. Please check your email, including your spam folders, for the registration key. If you paid via Paypal, then we need to manually verify the order, which may take up to 24 hours.

How can I get a trial version?

You can get a trial version by submitting a form here. The trial version is a fully functioning version, only limited by time.
